Delivery

Shipping prices are based upon weight and include nominal packing and handling fees.

We offer standard shipping worldwide via La Poste Lettre Verte service for all orders with a width of less than 3cm (around 2 DVDs in width). All orders shipped in France will ship via La Poste Ecopli service for packages that are less than 3cm in width and weigh less than 250kg. For French orders over 250g and less than 3cm in width, the package will be shipped via La Poste Lettre Verte.  All other orders to French destinations that exceed these parameters will be shipped via Colissimo trackable shipping service.

Our international customers can also choose to receive their shipment via Colissimo. Colissimo shipments can be tracked via their online tracking service by following this link: http://www.colissimo.fr/particuliers/home.jsp
In the case of lost or stolen packages, RE:VOIR is not responsible for the loss or damage, but can help customers by filing a claim with the La Poste in an attempt to refund any lost or damaged items.

Our international customers can also choose to receive their shipment by the Delivengo Easy economic service of La Poste. The Delivengo Easy service does not provide for any compensation (failure to follow-up service, loss, theft or spoliation), printing error or refusal of deposit by the deposit institution, or any other reason due to the Customer. Our international customers can also choose to receive their shipments via La Poste's Book and Brochure Tariff service for French books.  The average delivery delay for this between 3 weeks to 3 months.  The Books and Brochures offer is available worldwide - excluding metropolitan France, French overseas departments and territories, local authorities, military posts, Andorra and Monaco - on economy service. The Books & Brochures offer is open to all: individuals, companies, associations, for shipments up to 2 kg. Above this weight and up to 25 kg, special bags can be used and sent by one sender, to the same recipient and for the same destination.

Shipments must comply with the Specific Conditions of Sale for Books and Brochures, available at postal outlets and on the Internet.
For shipments to countries other than members of the European Union, Books and Brochures must be accompanied by the appropriate customs documentation, in accordance with the conditions set out in article 4.6 of La Poste's General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Parcel Post. Shipments to most destinations in Europe arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipments to other destinations worldwide should arrive in 4-7 business days. Re:Voir Video is not responsible for delays in shipments due to problems with local postal services and or errors in shipping addresses provided to Re:Voir at the time of purchase.

Orders placed after 18:00 CET on Friday will be processed and shipped the following workday. Orders are not processed and shipped during French national holidays. For any inquiries concerning our shipping policy, feel free to contact us by sending an email to: info@re-voir.

We also welcome our customers who live in France or the Paris area to choose the 'In-store pickup' option to avoid shipping costs.  Customers who choose this option are required to come in-person to pick up their order at our Paris location during our normal business hours.  We ask that customers who choose this option contact us if they have a preferred time of day they would like to come to pick up their order.  In-store pickup orders should be picked up in a timely manner.
