A Poetic Archaeology of Cinema: The Films of Bill Morrison, par Matthew Levine.

Les films de Bill Morrison combinent souvent des films d'archives avec des pièces de musique contemporaines composées de compositeurs internationalement reconnus. Son chef-d'œuvre 'Decasia' (67 min, 2002), une collaboration avec le compositeur Michael Gordon, a été sélectionné pour le Registre national de cinéma de la Bibliothèque du Congrès des États-Unis, devenant le film le plus moderne nommé pour faire partie de la liste qui préserve les œuvres de «grande importance culturelle, historique ou esthétique pour le patrimoine cinématographique national».
