Les Hautes Solitudes 1974:
A film in which characters thrown together in empty rooms stung by silence drift between fleeting glances, reacting or not reacting as the case may be to what is said, what isn't said, and everything in-between.
Le lit de la Vierge 1969:
It is a non-violent parable in which Zouzou incarnates both Mary and Mary Magdalene while Pierre Clémenti incarnates a discouraged Christ who throws down his arms in face of world cruelty. In spite of its allegorical nature, the film contains a denunciation of the police repression of 1968, which was generally well understood by by viewers at the time.
Le Révélateur 1968:
“Le Révélateur is a silent film. A couple and their child flee in the face of an unknown, but still considerable menace. A film with neither laughter nor mutterings. In a desolate landscape, full of humidity and humilation, we see the weakest of beings stage his revolt: a child.”
