Journalist, filmmaker and co-founder of the Collectif Jeune Cinéma cooperative, which in 1971 replaced the structure of the same name founded the previous year by Marcel Mazé, Raphaël Bassan has been contributing to the defense, promotion and visibility of experimental cinema for some thirty years, through countless articles, interviews and theoretical texts in numerous specialized magazines.
