Description
"This is my first personal feature-length film, which I began shooting while I was a fellow at the San Francisco Art Institute in 1975/76, and was filmed during a lecture and screening tour across the United States and Canada, over several months. The lengthy post-production work on an optical printer was completed in Germany, and the renowned German bassist Eberhard Weber composed the magnificent soundtrack while watching the film. For me, this film is like a complex tapestry, woven by thousands of dissolves. I feel like I'm entering a river and letting myself be carried by the current."
