Description
The imagined life of Guy Maddin.
Guy Maddin, goaltender for the Maroons, the Winnipeg ice hockey team, is plagued by forces beyond his control, forces that constantly prevent him from being a good son and a good husband. Everything changes when he meets Meta, a young woman he instantly falls in love with, whose sole obsession is to avenge her mother's murder of her beloved father. With the complicity of the Maroons' team doctor, who is to graft onto Guy the carefully preserved hands of her father, she hopes to fulfill this revenge.
