Description
"Anna, an artist, is obsessed by the invasion of extraterrestrial doubles determined to destroy everything. Her schizophrenia is reflected in the juxtapositions of long cinematic takes and violent montages: private and public spaces, black and white and color, still photographs and video, deafening sounds and unsettling camera angles. Anna uses her body as a map; after a devastating quarrel with her lover, she paints red dots on herself. Watching their scenes, one realizes that the details of sexual intimacy have rarely, if ever, been shown in cinema from a woman's point of view. Export privileges rupture over unity and is never content with one-dimensional solutions."
