Description
Filmmaker and educator, Stéphane Marti has been pursuing his research on experimental cinema as a plastic practice since 1976, detached from the codes of dominant narrative cinema. A fervent defender of the Super 8 medium, he advocates for the excellence of this tool which he has been using for 30 years. His work, shown at festivals and international events, has generated numerous articles and interviews. Flamboyant, baroque and sensual, it revolves primarily around questions of the body and the sacred.
