Atoosa Pour Hosseini (born 1981) is an Iranian-Irish filmmaker and visual artist based in Dublin, Ireland. Her works are influenced by historical avant-garde cinema and explore questions of illusion, reality, and perception through the mediums of film, performance, and installation. She is co-director of the Experimental Film Society. Atoosa Pour Hosseini's work has been presented in numerous cinemas, galleries, museums, and festivals worldwide, including at the Irish Museum of Modern Art, the Irish Film Institute, the Temple Bar Gallery in Dublin, Jeu de Paume in Paris, the Museum of the Moving Image in New York, Kino Moviemento in Berlin, the LUFF festival in Switzerland, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tehran. Her work is part of the national collection and the international institute as well as private collections. In 2024, she was awarded a residency at the Cité internationale des arts and the Institut français.
