Description
Agis Giannoulis is a Paris-based media artist. A.G:VIDEOS:2003–2013 (website / DVD) brings together eleven video works made by A.G between 2003 and 2013 in London, Athens and Paris. Previously, he had released three studio albums in the vein of contemporary, minimalist and neo-classical music, under the names ANIKA and A.G. His artistic research focuses primarily on contemporary music and electronic arts.
He studied graphic arts, music technology and digital arts in the United Kingdom. Currently, he is interested in the viewer's experience in the new context of interactive arts in the digital age. He has collaborated with the organization Free103Point9 Transmission Arts by participating in the Noise!2009 festival (Ontological Hysteric Theater) in New York, and has also taken part in various group exhibitions where he presented musical and video works.
