Beaulieu 4008 M3 Super 8 camera

The Beaulieu 4008 M3 is a super-8 camera released in 1974. It boasts a host of advanced features. Robustly built, it has all the hallmarks of a professional camera, thanks to its 45° mirror reflex viewfinder and precision focusing on frosted glass, as well as depth-of-field display in relation to the selected aperture. The very large viewfinder (× 2.7) receives 100% brightness, and the film also receives 100% brightness, a technical choice that makes no compromise on the quality of the result. Frame rates range from 2 fps (accelerated ×9 at projection) to 70 fps (slow motion ×4 at projection).

This camera was reconditioned and verified by a technician who has over 40 years of experience with this specific brand of camera.  The camera was opened, repaired, cleaned, lubricated, reinforced and verified with precision testing equipment.  These repairs are backed by a 90 day guarantee.  If you should notice anything amiss with your camera within 90 days, you can return it for repairs or replacement.

This camera is in excellent condition.  The motor runs beautifully in all shooting speeds.  The lens is free of dust, scratches and fogging.  The automatic exposure control motor is perfectly tuned with smooth operation throughout. There is a bit of wear on the outer housing.
